A traditional blend that promotes healthy sleep and calms the mind. In addition to eating, controlling emotions and exercising adequately, sleep is one of the four pillars of our lives. It is therefore very important that we get a good night's sleep and for an adequate amount of time. At night, our organism regenerates and cleans up. To put it very simply, from the point of view of Chinese medicine, the cause of sleep problems are two conditions: lack of blood in the heart and liver, and fire in the heart. The heart is home to the Shen soul (our consciousness and psyche). If there is not enough blood in the heart and liver, the Shen soul has nowhere to lie down at night. And we can't sleep. If there is a fire in the heart, it bothers the soul of Shen and it cannot lie down in peace again. Both conditions cause a state of insomnia. The mixture primarily addresses the first cause, but also partially the second, by drowning the fire (mainly the fire from the void) by feeding the blood and Yin. The mixture does not only work for sleep problems, but generally calms and harmonizes our psyche. It promotes a positive mood.

He Shou Wu - multifloral knotweed, root tuber - Rad. Polygoni Multiflori - 6,5G
Hu Po - Succinum - 0.5g
Bai Zi Ren - Sem . biotae orientalis - 3.2 g
Wu Wei Zi - Schisandra chinensis, fruit - Fruc. Schisandrae - 2.2 g
Dosage:
It is a good idea to shake the tincture before use. Slight cloudiness is normal.
The daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts - morning and evening. That is, if you weigh, for example, 70 kg, you will take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening.
After consultation with a specialist, up to three times the dose can be given
Take the tinctures on an empty stomach. The minimum interval is 30 minutes before or one hour after meals.
The tincture can be poured with a little hot water to  evaporate the alcohol. This procedure is suitable for children or drivers.
For acute conditions, we recommend taking tinctures usually for several days, usually until the problem is resolved
For chronic conditions, it usually needs to be taken for several months. However, within 2-3 months, there should be at least an improvement.
For one month, you usually need 2-3 packs (depending on the daily dose - see above)
